EFILE WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
This e-file has a 6 month limited warranty from the manufacturer against defects.
Defects are considered as machine not turning on, e-file not turning/rotating. Vibration is not considered a defect unless it is causing the hand piece to heat up beyond an acceptable level.
Any disassembly of the hand piece or base will void the warranty.

Customer must contact customercare@nailtechniques.com and provide an explanation and video showing what the defect is.
Upon approval, customer must return the efile to Nail Techniques for testing. You must let us know the following details:
• Model number
• Detailed description of the defect
• Order number of original purchase.
• Tracking number for the package you’re sending back
• The address and contact info for us to ship back to you
