EFILE WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
This efile has a 6 month limited warranty from the manufacturer against defects.
Defects are considered as machine not turning on, efile not turning/rotating. Vibration is not considered a defect unless it is causing the hand piece to heat up beyond an acceptable level.
Any disassembly of the hand piece or base will void the warranty.
POLICY & RETURN PROCESS
Nail Techniques will exchange this efile for one of similar quality and cost within 1 year if efile is found to be defective. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges (with tracking) to return the item to:

The return process is the following:
Customer must contact customercare@nailtechniques.com and provide an explanation and video showing what the defect is.
Upon approval, customer must return the efile to Nail Techniques for testing. You must let us know the following details:
• Model number
• Detailed description of the defect
• Order number of original purchase.
• Tracking number for the package you’re sending back
• The address and contact info for us to ship back to you
If found to be defective once it’s inspected, Nail Techniques will pay shipping charges for the return and the shipment of a new efile.
